Important !

Ensure you have your passport minimum valid for 6 months , Umrah eVisa, Flight tickets, and Hotel reservations. Keep copies of these documents, along with a valid ID card and any required vaccination certificates. Advise is to store them on a Cloud Storage just in case of any emergency. It’s also helpful to carry a small pouch for easy access. Additionally, consider carrying some cash in Saudi Riyals and an international debit/credit card for convenience make sure you don’t forget to enable international card usage. For calling and data you can purchase a simcard in Makkah or Madina, however you can also save on buying an eSim for data which allows you to use Whatsapp Video/ Voice Calling. 

 
Umrah Checklist

Use this standard checklist to ensure you're fully prepared for your Umrah journey. Tick off items as you pack them or add and remove items you think you would like to add. The checklist is just a guide line as it depends on a persons preference however we cover the basics.

1. Travel Documents

  • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Umrah Visa (if required)
  • Flight Tickets (printed and digital copies)
  • Hotel Booking Confirmations
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required)
  • Travel Insurance (with health coverage)
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Copies of Important Documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.)
  • Passport-Sized Photos (in case of emergencies)

2. Ihram Essentials

  • Ihram Clothing (2 sets for men: 2 unstitched white sheets; women can wear modest, loose-fitting clothing)
  • Ihram Belt (to secure the lower garment)
  • Safety Pins (to secure Ihram clothing)
  • Travel-Sized Iron (optional, to press Ihram clothing)
  • Unscented Soap/Shampoo (for Ihram preparation)
  • Unscented Wet Wipes (for purification)
